NOVA-FERR, HISTORY AND REFERENCE FIELDS

  

NOVA-FERR S.r.l., founded in 1980, has been constantly growing. Today, with a covered area of more than 40.000 square mt. and with a very wide catalogue, NOVA-FERR is able to satisfy every requirement in the field of ironmongery for gates and industrial doors obtaining a leader position on both the national and the international market.

Development has been possible thanks to the capability of products’ innovation, some of which have become market standards, and to a commercial strategy aimed at satisfying the needs of the distribution channel, composed by the most important specialized ironmongery shops, resellers and distributors of iron goods. Furthermore, users such as blacksmiths and installers have taken great advantage from the flexibility and modularity of products designed by NOVA-FERR S.r.l.

QUALITY AND INNOVATION

The company’s main focus is the continuous process’ enhancement; this goal is constantly realized also thanks to the help of the quality system according to the norm ISO 9001:2015 and certified by the Det Norske Veritas (DNV) authority. The efforts made in this field aim to the constant process improvement in order to constantly satisfy the clients’ needs.

Besides dedicating itself to the continuous improvement of already existing products, the firm engages itself in the creation of new line of products; this, obviously, demands a vision of the market and its needs on the medium and long term, which makes Nova-Ferr a reference point in terms of innovation and the driving force of the whole sector.

The company receives constant feedbacks from the market and the society, which led to the creation of a whole line dedicated to the energy savings: the line is called Artik, a thermal cut counterframe that works as a barrier for the thermal transmission between inside and outside of the building.

Another aspect to which Nova-Ferr has dedicated time and energy to is the attention to customer service.

With a very well stocked warehouse of 10.000 square mt., Nova-Ferr is able to house all the articles in the catalogue in order to have very low orders’ execution times.

During the years this aspect has become more and more important.

The quality brought along by the “Made in Italy” label is a characteristic appreciated worldwide even today; contrary to some of its competitors, Nova-Ferr makes this specific characteristic a strong point and, except for a handful of products (indicated in the catalogue as “imported”), it entirely produces its products in its factory located near Turin, availing itself of the most updated machines existing.

Nova-Ferr is a company that, besides having gained an important share of the Italian market, boasts a widespread presence worldwide, with a strong focus on those markets where the construction industry is expanding.
