Development has been possible thanks to the capability of products’ innovation, some of which have become market standards, and to a commercial strategy aimed at satisfying the needs of the distribution channel, composed by the most important specialized ironmongery shops, resellers and distributors of iron goods. Furthermore, users such as blacksmiths and installers have taken great advantage from the flexibility and modularity of products designed by NOVA-FERR S.r.l.
The company’s main focus is the continuous process’ enhancement; this goal is constantly realized also thanks to the help of the quality system according to the norm ISO 9001:2015 and certified by the Det Norske Veritas (DNV) authority.
